Graduating as a Mechanical Engineer in 2018 from Chitkara University i got the opportunity to work in an American MNC, Cargaison Logistics Express where i worked for 3 years. I was one of the initial employees of the company which helped me gain knowledge of various domains in which the company was operating like Updates, Dispatch, Edi's and Scheduling. I headed the company operations for the Central American Region based out of Memphis, TN along with my cross functional team. I was successfully able to raise the revenue of the region by 68% (Y.O.Y), maximize the freight and cargo volume by 36% and improvise the pick up and delivery schedules by 48%. I am also the Junior Coordinator of Prep Club of IIM Amritsar which is responsible for preparing and guiding the students for the placements. I have also received the certification from Udemy for my proficiency in MS-Excel. I am a target oriented person who likes to have a disciplined approach towards life.

Supervising a team of 7 people and heading the entire Central American region operations for the company. The tasks included making weekly schedule for the company assets, handling delivery/pickup appointments , customer interaction, making TL and LTL trip sheets and checking trailer dormancy in the region. Also played a role in the talent acquisition for the company.
