I have completed my graduation in Computer Science Engineering from NMAMIT, Nitte. I did my internship in Hewlett Packard where the knowledge learned helped me to gain a lot of practical knowledge about the networking technology skills and in learning the basics of troubleshooting and security. After completing my graduation I joined Accenture as a Application Software Associate and worked there for 18 months. There I Developed and implemented Selenium test Automation Framework scripting and scalability of test executions and reporting the results. Performed functional testing like Unit testing, UI Testing using Tools like Cucumber, Selenium and Jmeter. Reviewed Test Cases Using HP Application Lifecycle Management Resolved over 150+ incident requests, change requests, service requests and problem requests per month through ServiceNow.
