• The role as IDA at Asian Paints gave me opportunity to speak and deal with potential clients and convert them. Pitching the service, understanding the needs of client and providing them with a customized design as a sample of our service , these were the first steps involved in a project. After conversion, designing the entire project and leading the execution of the project and guiding the contractors, execution team for the correct and timely delivery. The execution involved site visits.
• At Sir JJCOA Consultancy Cell, the responsibilities taken up by me included, Designing structures for projects, Making estimates and facilitating the administrative processes such as local authorities permission , sanctions and vigilance and checking the timely and correct execution of the projects.
