I have done my engineering in mechanical engineering from Hindusthan College of engineering and technology, Coimbatore. During my engineering, I have been the Class representative of my class. My major interest lies in marketing and analytics. I'm well versed in using Excel and PowerPoint. I have participated in various sports activities. I also got Gold medal in Taekwondo State championship. My interpersonal skills involves team player, leadership and quick learner. Also I'm a coordinator of the HRithvi - The HR club of IIM Amritsar.

  • My job as production executive was to monitor production output, product quality, quality of raw material from the supplier and coordinate with Plant Supervisor for scheduling & prioritize production plan. Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity. Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications
  • My job as customer service associate was to act as the first point of contact for customers who was seeking help with order or technical issues, understand customer requirements so as to provide appropriate clarifications and solutions in a reliable and timely fashion, work within various teams to resolve customer problems to ensure outstanding customer service, improve business performance and fostering loyalty.
  • My job as plant supervisor was to monitor production output, product quality, purchasing raw materials and on,time delivery to the customer. Also managing the overall workflow of the team by scheduling the work, defining the goals, communicating the objective and monitoring them to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.
