  • As a franchisee manager, I was responsible for onboarding & managing BSNL franchisees in 3 districts: Jammu, Samba & Kathua. These franchisees were being onboarded on revenue,sharing models to work on projects like Bharat FIber, Bharat Net & Radio broadband service partners ensuring we can source our CAPEX limitations from the partners. These projects set up & handled by me have over 21 active working connections with 6 franchisees & as on date generate a revenue of over 1 cr a month for BSNL.
