Before moving to Amritsar I was managing my own hotel in Meerut and prior to that, I was working at OYO Hotels & Homes as a Property Trainer where I managed a few hotels at multiple locations in UP. Previously, I worked at ITC Mughal, Agra as a Guest Service Associate and I did my internship from Hyatt Regency, Gurgaon. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from IHM Kufri, Shimla. I have a total work experience of 3.5 years in the hospitality sector in different positions

My role was to conduct audits to check whether the SOPs are getting followed or not, To give training to hotel's staff, to check for supplies.
To maintain different kinds of records like, Lost & found, Key control, Maintenance, Log book, etc. To handle guest's requests and fulfill them, Check for minibar inventory and expiry.
