I did my engineering from IET-DAVV Indore in Electronics and Telecommunication from 2014-2018. After graduation, I started a career guidance service called "Margdarshan" for young minds to explore multiple available career options. There, I worked with several schools to put on career guidance seminars. My team and I organized four seminars with more than a thousand students in attendance. Margdarshan also came up with a way to look at students' strengths and weaknesses based on a test called "SMART." In the process, I built successful relationships with many school principals and started an interview series named "Project Margdarshan" with them. After the startup, I started working in Byjus as a full-time employee. I worked in Byjus for 27 months as an operations specialist. My job was to run the project's day-to-day operations, manage teams and processes, communicate with many stakeholders, hold feedback sessions, train and guide my coworkers, and lead and improve processes. I also spent three months as an intern at Cuemath, where I was a team lead for content operations and managed their website pages using SEO techniques. During my journey, I have learned a lot of skills that include: Communication skills, Root cause analysis, planning and strategy, observation and problem-solving skills, people skills, statistics, SQL, tableau, python, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Canva.
