• Supervised and motivated daily operational works of 20 labors in my shift to meet the daily target.
• Increased daily production capacity by collaborating with other shop-floor managers and supervisors by at-least 10%.
• Participated in a cross-functional team to shift the production process from manual to semi- automatic to increase efficiency and quality.
• Monitored proper functionality of machineries, so that work can flow uninterrupted.

Achievements

• Shortlisted in the 25 person provisional state cricket team in the under-19 level among 500+ cricket-aspirants.
• Completed a two months Industrial Training in H & R Johnson (India), where worked in an ongoing industrial project.
• Achieved 2nd position in Dakshta, the Operations Event of IIT Madras among 147 teams.
• Completed ‘Lean Six Sigma Green Belt’ certification issued by KPMG
• Completed internship in the Product Development Team at InsideIIM.
