• Converting legacy valve data to a uniform format using Excel
• Business process analysis for improving & optimizing the process
• Active interaction with users to take inputs on valve models under project scope and preparing technical document to put all the relevant data at a single location
• Managing and resolving tickets raised by sales team as part of post launch support
• Analyze the tool usage for further improvements
• Communicate the update to the Engineering Director (TechCOE) in monthly meeting
